Host a private dinner with Head Chef Divesh Aswani or invite a chef of your choice and watch your meal being prepared, course by course. We offer seating for up to 40 people in the private dining room which overlooks the vast kitchen. The dining room is also equipped with a projector, music and sound system.
Four hour, hands-on cooking workshops conducted by our team or external chefs, which allows guests to dive into cuisines from all corners of the globe andare followed by a meal in the private dining room. The walnut wood island table is ideal for demonstrations and as a chef’s table which seats up to 8 guests. Chefs will haveaccess to the entire range of cooking equipment and support staff, and classes can be promoted through our 10,000+ strong guest database.
Guest Chefs have become an essential part of the DNA of Mag St. Kitchen. This unique cultural exchange exposes our team to new ideas and provides the visiting chef with an opportunity to cook in an exciting new place with new ingredients for a new audience. Since its inception in 2012, our Guest Chef Series has garnered international interest and acclaim. Some of the chefs we’ve hosted include Chef Manish Mehrotra of Indian Accent, Chef Andrew Black (formerly with Eleven Madison Park), Chef John Paul Carmona (formerly Manresa), to name a few.

We canalso organise a Masterchef-style cooking competition which works great as team building events or private cooking workshops which work well for those looking for amore bespoke cooking experience. The dining room is also equipped with a projector and sound system.
The 14ft high ceilings, viewing balcony and spacious kitchen area allows for 360⁰ access for filming, with sufficient room for camera and lighting equipment. There is also parking space available within easy access of the kitchen for vanity and generator vans. The large stainless steel and walnut wood tables provide a range of surfaces for food stylists and still shoots.
The kitchen is divided into four cooking suites which can be rented individually or in entirety for recipe testing and development, menu trials, or as a commissary for food preparation. Chefs will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a professional staff to assist in recipe creation.
